How can I manage my payment information?
Visit the
Payment Information
section of your account. From there, you can:
- Add funds
- Add a new payment method
- Update or remove the payment methods on file
How do I add money to my account?
You can add funds online, or over the phone. Please note that the
minimum amount to add is $20.
Online:
Click Add Funds, on your home
page, input the amount you want to add and pick a payment method.
Over the phone:
- Call 1-866-MY-ASTRO (1-866-692-7876)
- Select option 4 to hear your current balance
- At the prompt, select option 1 to add additional funds
How will charges appear on my bank statement?
Your charges will appear on your bank statement as "PSYCHICCENTER".
Your PayPal charges will also show as "PsychicCenter".
