While those are all important elements when it comes to staying healthy and feeling good from the inside out, difficult times are an opportunity to up the ante on your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.psychiccenter.com\/psychic-wiki\/spiritual\/7-ways-to-amp-up-your-spiritual-self-care-routine\">spiritual self-care routine<\/a> so that you stay grounded in your thoughts, too.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, make it a point to unplug from electronics for a certain time period each day\u2014especially if what you\u2019re reading\/watching is making you upset.
