How and when did you first find out about your 'psychic abilities'?
When I was 6 years old we moved into a new house that I knew was haunted, as I saw two of the three ghosts that lived there, peep their heads out of the downstairs window as we first pulled up in the moving van. I remember always being able to sense other people's feelings, and frequently as a kid I had dreams that came true. As an adult, I spent years working on myself and spent more than 12 years going through past life regressions. As of today, I have 'birthed' over 300 lives, this involved healing lives from my own past, making me more clairvoyant and clairaudient. The more past lives I can heal, the more psychic I become.

How was it growing up with these special skills. Are they natural talents or did you study and develop them?
It was scary because sometimes I would feel the bad thoughts of others. I could also sense very clearly if someone was not of this world. I would get in trouble many times for being too sensitive and for telling my parents what the ghosts in our house were up to. But my parents were interested in my dreams, especially when our deceased relatives would visit with messages.

Do you think anyone can develop psychic skills?
Absolutely. The more we heal our own fears, insecurities, hurts, and resentments, the more 'space' we have inside us, and the easier it is to connect with our sixth sense and 'hear' the messages spirit has for us. Also, I feel the more a person learns how to meditate and quiet the mind, the more messages from spirit can be heard.

What type of mentality do you think it takes to develop these skills?
It definitely takes an open mind and the attitude that there is nothing weird or bad about becoming psychic. God gave us all a sixth sense; it is in our best interest to use it to the fullest. My attitude is that I thank God every day for this ability, as it makes my life much more pleasant and much easier. It also protects me and keeps me connected to God and spirit. But I also feel we all have a destiny track, and mine happens to be that of a wounded healer and an empath.

Are you able to turn your psychic abilities 'on' or 'off' when you want to? Do you have any rituals to turn them 'on'.
Most of the time I can. At other times I am able to read people's emotional state of being whether I want it or not. I then ask spirit to help me to block those messages. I feel it is unethical to read someone without their permission. Before any reading, I have an amethyst heart that I rub on the sixth chakra - the third eye. I pray that I get clear messages and that I attract only those people that I have permission to read and that I can help in some way. For me, it's all about helping people, giving clarity so they can make better decisions or at least ease their minds.

How did you get into doing psychic readings?
I had been doing readings starting in 2006 after 4 years of past life regression therapy. I started reading shortly after that when I finally healed the past lives that were blocking me of my gift. I was amazed how this healing transformed me into a very quick and accurate reader. I could have started reading much earlier in life, but I didn't feel like I would have been as clear and accurate as I am today. Again, it's an ethical issue for me. I feel that psychic readings are very personal, the client pays a substantial amount of money for a session, and I wanted to only start when I felt I was able to give clear and accurate readings. Also, it took me some time to understand how to 'de-code' what spirit would tell me, as often times I receive pictures and symbols.

What happens during a psychic reading?
As the person begins to speak, I go into somewhat of a trance or meditation state. I usually get feelings right away, and when a question is asked, I get the answer in a feeling, I hear the answer, or spirit sends me symbols. For instance, often when a past relationship has ended suddenly, spirit shows me a beautiful crystal vase being dropped and broken into bits. Or if someone is stuck in their life or healing path, I see them driving in circles in a parking lot. Because I am in meditation, I often do not remember the reading once it is finished.

What is your primary tool for divination?
My main tool is information given to me by spirit. I continually get this information so I do not feel the need to use cards. When I do face to face readings, I use Doreen Virtue's Angle and Mermaid cards for fun, but usually these cards affirm only the information I receive. I get information continuously, via clairaudience, clairvoyance and at a very fast rate so I do not feel the need to use any other modality. Because of years of past life healing I have done for myself, I can very easily tell someone about their own past lives. It is so empowering to do so, because through this healing, one can completely transform their lives for the better, and also transform the lives of everyone else around them, especially family members. As we heal our ancestral past, we heal the entire family we have incarnated within this life time. I have seen this first hand in my life and it is so amazing. The stronger I become, the stronger my parents and other family members become.

Can you communicate with spirits who have passed on?
Yes, very easily as people who had passed on when I was a child would visit me in my sleep. Even today, spirits visit me in my sleep; I do know the difference between a dream and a visit. Some spirits I have never met, but we have some type of a connection. Many visit who have not fully crossed over yet. I have had the opportunity to help several souls cross over, some of which I have never met in this lifetime but have some type of past life connection or a connection to one of their family members. To this date, it is the most profound experience of my life because I get a taste of what the after life is like. I am sent back quickly and abruptly so I do not sneak in myself since it is not yet my time. I recently helped a much abused dog pass over and about 5 of his friends! St. Frances helps me out with animals. I am Italian, so I grew up praying to this Saint often.

Is there anything else you'd like to share about your abilities or a good experience?
Because I have had a fairly traumatic life in this lifetime, and many horrific past lives, I have been considered a 'wounded healer.' I have complete compassion for every person I read and can hold the energy of a trauma that they may be going through. I have a 'team' of guides that send me the answers as my intent to every person I read is to help them in any way I can. The best healing experiences that I have had and continue to have, is when a person calls about a current love relationship, and we uncover the original unresolved past life, which seems to always involve a tragic death - related to a present fear of commitment - and I give the person specific instructions on how to connect to their ancestral self and heal that life once and for all. If the lifetime was too traumatic, I will suggest consulting a professional past life regressionist; as I do not want to get out of my scope of practice, and this type of healing could take several hours. I hear back that either the relationship is happily over - completed, or the couple has a freer stronger connection. It's a win-win either way and that is what touches my heart, as this type of work will always improve a person's life and evolution.
