How and when did you first find out about your 'psychic abilities'?
Mediumship runs in my family. My great grandmother and great grandfather were both mediums, my grandmother was also a medium. They were all Spiritualist ministers. My mother was intuitive but would not acknowledge her abilities. I say she was frightened by a ghost in her youth (just kidding). I can remember recognizing spirits before I could walk. I was fortunate to have such a gifted family to help support and assist me during the early years of my development. I am truly blessed.
How was it growing up with these special skills. Are they natural talents or did you study and develop them?
My youth was as normal as a mediumistic child could have expected. If I hadn?t been blessed with being raised in a family of very accomplished mediums, I would not have been taught that we all have gifts. It?s like being artistic and everyone can draw, but not everyone is an artist. However we can develop our gifts under proper guidance.
Do you think anyone can develop psychic skills?
Psychic, yes everyone is psychic, but not every psychic is a medium.
What type of mentality do you think it takes to develop these skills?
I believe that a person must first be persistent, believe in him or her self, know the difference between ego and spirit, and then most importantly ? trust in what they are picking up once they understand those differences.
Are you able to turn your psychic abilities 'on' or 'off' when you want to? Do you have any rituals to turn them 'on'.
Yes, prayer and meditation to open up to spirit first thing in the morning. To close, I use a different prayer and meditation.
How did you get into doing psychic readings?
I was born with these gifts, and started to give messages when I was able to form sentences.
What happens during a psychic reading?
I connect with the other side. It may be a spirit guide, spririt teacher, or a departed loved one.
What is your primary tool for divination? What is your specialty?
I am first and always a medium, however I can also work psychically.
Can you communicate with spirits who have passed on?
