How and when did you first find out about your 'psychic abilities'?
It was not a matter of ?finding out?, it was a confirmation. 1958, I was seven years old, during an alter call at a Nazarene church in the mid-west. I felt the need to respond, so I slid down from the pew and on my way to the front of the church I felt myself become extremely aware. Once at the alter I began to sob uncontrollably, there was such a sense of ?coming home?. Then I noticed an energy out of the corner of my eye that was golden and white in color. There was a brief exchange between us. My world changed that day, but no less profound was the dozens of white embroidered handkerchiefs that had been thrown from the pews of caring women who were witnessing an awakening, although I dare say that is not what they thought.
How was it growing up with these special skills. Are they natural talents or did you study and develop them?
I have never studied, I was told by the Being that I should not pursue information from others. I was to listen to my inner guidance, it was the truth for me and all that I seek. I am never disconnected I have a running dialogue with my guides. It is as much a part of me as breathing. Honestly, I was a pretty normal kid. I loved reading anything Ruth Montgomery wrote, and about Edgar Cayce, other than that I did not undertake any type of study or training. I was the go to person in high school; I seemed to be able to help everyone with their problems, even a teacher or two.
Do you think anyone can develop psychic skills?
Of course, it is part of the spiritual being that we are.
What type of mentality do you think it takes to develop these skills?
Developing an intuitive nature takes one only thing, to connect with the Universal Mind (Higher Mind), which in essence is what we call God. I say connect but in reality we all are connected, so it is about meditation, being still and listening to that part of us when it speaks, and it is always trying to get our attention. In this ?space? is the past, present and future but actually this the place of no time it is known by the Akash, or Hall of Records.
Because of this, it allows a type of fluidity when it comes to getting a ?reading?. What I mean by this is that the future is not written in stone, when there appears to be something on the path, it can and often times is changed by how we think, what we declare in our statements. If we like what is projected for the future, then we maintain what we have been doing.
Are you able to turn your psychic abilities 'on' or 'off' when you want to? Do you have any rituals to turn them 'on'.
I can if I choose to, however I prefer to experience on-going communication. We have guides that are here to assist us, why not take advantage of this gift. Before I begin doing readings I do pray and as for guidance specific to those for whom I will be reading. When a reading begins, my guides are writing information, as I watch and listen to a movie that is being shown to me simultaneously.
How did you get into doing psychic readings?
My first professional reading was for a woman in 1977. As with all things we are guided, that woman was the wife of a police chief, from that reading came the opportunity to work with the police on some of their more challenging investigations.
What happens during a psychic reading?
For me when I begin a reading, I ask the first name of the client, the name gives me their vibration and I immediately connect to the individual and their blueprints. Blueprints are the events and situations that are being experienced, have been experienced or will be experienced. With knowledge we can change the blueprint that is in the process of being constructed.
But more importantly, this is a joint endeavor between the client, their Soul, and me. The client may have pressing matters or questions they want answered but often times the burning question for them may not be their Soul?s primary topic of concern. I make every effort to address the questions the client is asking but to also include what their Soul wants them to know or be aware of.
What is your primary tool for divination? What is your specialty?
I do not use any divination tools.
Can you communicate with spirits who have passed on?
I do not claim to be a medium, however there are times when a spirit wants to communicate with a client and makes themselves known to me. I am able to pass along information when this occurs.
Is there anything else you'd like to share about your abilities or a good experience?
Years ago, I wondered, "What is life about? Why I am here?" Now I know there is a way, there is a purpose, there is a greater self that we can become. We have a spiritual mission. We are supremely accountable to ourselves first. We will reap what we sow, either in this life or another. What we send out comes back to us multiplied, so that we might learn from our experimentation in the divine laboratory of life. This is the law of Karma, from which no one escapes. Day by day, we evolve on several planes simultaneously. There is the personality, the self we know best, through which we think, feel and act. There is also our soul, the ineffable, deeper part of us that has lived many lives. Our soul's destiny unfolds through our personality choices. When our life magnifies the divine energy that flows through us, our soul is earning her immortality. My soul/sole purpose is to assist others so they can make healthy life enhancing choices.
