How and when did you first find out about your ‘psychic abilities’?
At the age of five my family moved into what was to become my childhood home. This house was haunted by a tormented ghost, a man from the 1930’s. Over the years, I came to discover this person had committed suicide by hanging himself in the hallway. I would see the ghost come out of my bedroom closet at night, often moving the door open. He was a tall thin figure who wore a fedora hat and trench coat. His presence filled the doorframe. I could hear the sound of foot falls as his heavy shoes crossed the hardwood floor. He exited the room through the bedroom door where he entered into the hallway. Finally, I would hear the creak of wood straining as he hung himself. I felt his sorrow throughout this entire action. This exact occurrence repeated often throughout my time living in this house.
How was it growing up with these special skills? Are they natural talents or did you study and develop them?
My early life was deeply challenging, which inspired me to pursue training through mystery schools once I turned 18. This allowed me to reach a proper frequency of self-mastery. In short, I’ve experienced both and work at the development of my natural skills.
Do you think anyone can develop psychic skills?
I have experience and believe that this is possible, yes.
What type of mentality do you think it takes to develop these skills?
Learning to focus one’s mind and quiet the chatter caused by outside inputs is critical to developing psychic skills. Breath work is the most basic and effective form of training needed to get one started on this path.
Are you able to turn your psychic abilities 'on' or 'off' when you want to? Do you have any rituals to turn them 'on'?
In my experience no, I cannot turn anything off. The best work for me is to be within an energy circle of my own making. There are a number of forms of ritual I use to enhance myself in prior to engaging with a client. The best ritual for me involves energy clearing through burning incense. Lighting a candle, that has been charged for this work is also supportive. Often, I will include my crystal friends in my work.
How did you get into doing psychic readings?
The history of my becoming a psychic reader began, as oddly as it seems, at a church bazaar. This amazing opportunity came in 1976 from the Rev. Bob Bock, First Christian Church of North Hollywood, CA. He looked at me directly from the kids gathered in the youth group, and pointing at me he said, “You will be the Gypsy Tarot reader, in the tent at the church bazaar. It’s going to be so much fun!”
What happens during a psychic reading?
It is my strongly held opinion, that it is the exclusive spirit of the individual that provides the content of the reading. It is my working with the sacred that yields an accurate and robust telling of what is shown within the present question.
What is your primary tool for divination? What is your specialty?
Tarot cards. A pendulum. A crystal ball.
Can you communicate with spirits who have passed on?
Yes, this at times does happen during my work reading for a client.
