My Customers
The My Customers page is your one-stop-shop for information about all the customers that you have interacted with on PsychicCenter. Check the My Customers page to see your customer contact history at a glance, and then navigate to the Customer Details page for a specific customer to see your complete history with them. You can also organize your customers using lists and view details on specific calls and chats.
The My Customers page is a summary view of all your customers (except the ones you've placed on your Blocked list) and all the important information you would want to know about them, such as last contact date, type, and earnings, number of calls, chats and paid mails, lifetime spend with you, and which customer list they are on. You can assign your customers to a list from this page, find out more detailed history, send a mail, and much more.
The Customer Details page shows details on your entire history with a customer. From their name and when they became your customer to offers sent, earnings, contact history, notes and even feedback they have left, all the details are easy to access. You can also take actions directly from this page, including send mail, send offer and assign to list.
My Customers Best Practices
  • For returning customers, a link to the Customer Detail page is shown on the Call/Chat monitor for easy access.
  • Use the nickname feature to quickly identify your customers when they contact you, especially for customers who use our automatically generated user names.
  • When you place a customer on your blocked list, they will no longer be shown on the My Customers page and they will no longer be able to contact you. Many customers only consult with their advisors when times are tough, and it is not unusual for customers to go months between contacts. Think carefully before blocking a customer.
