- For returning customers, a link to the Customer Detail page is shown on the Call/Chat monitor for easy access.
- Use the nickname feature to quickly identify your customers when they contact you, especially for customers who use our automatically generated user names.
- When you place a customer on your blocked list, they will no longer be shown on the My Customers page and they will no longer be able to contact you. Many customers only consult with their advisors when times are tough, and it is not unusual for customers to go months between contacts. Think carefully before blocking a customer.
