Paid Mail
In addition to calls, you can engage with customers using paid mail. When customers contact you asking for answers via PsychicCenter's mail feature, you can select to charge them to view your reply. You can set the price individually for each mail sent.
Sending a Paid Mail:
  1. Navigate to your Mail page from your My Account page or the main drop-down menu at the top right, located under your user name.
  2. Once there, click on the Compose tab.
  3. Enter the customer that you wish to send the Mail to.
  4. Select the drop-down menu next to Type of Mail.
  5. Select Pay-to-View
  6. Write your mail and send.

  • Be clear and detailed in your answers and provide context. Remember that your customer will not have the benefit of vocal queues or the "thread" of the conversation, and may take your words in the wrong way.
  • Choose a price that reflects the level of effort that you put into the reading. Keep in mind that any paid mail that costs $10.00 or more is eligible to receive feedback.
