With Arranged Calls, customers can request a callback and place themselves in line to speak with you when you're busy on another call, or when you've set your status to Arrange Calls.
Once a customer has arranged a callback with you, they will show up on your waitlist of Arranged Calls. When you are available to take calls, PsychicCenter will automatically connect you to the first person on your waitlist.
Arranged Calls are a great way to cater to your customers who aren't always available when you are. Advisors have also said it's great for when you're traveling or on vacation, and you want to work a little bit during your downtime to make some extra money.
