  • You can create unique listings for each category that you offer services in to increase your visibility and your earning potential. Customers looking for something specific can make the best long-term customers.
  • Provide accurate information reflecting your experience and abilities to gain trust and build your clientele. Don't be shy - let your customers know who you are.
  • Add a photo to your listing to catch the eye of potential customers. Our research shows that customers strongly prefer advisors with clear, high quality headshots. Taking a great photo isn't hard; you can even use your cell phone camera and crop it using the photo upload tool.
  • Record your User Name and Greeting for your listing to market yourself more effectively personalize your customer's experience when they call.
  • Set a schedule of times you plan to be available so customers can know when to expect you. We find that transparency with your availability creates trust and accountability with customers.
